Thermal paper, coated with resins that are activated by heat and that remain sticky for a predetermined amount of time, before sealing permanently. This range of paper comprises both smooth and textured paper, of various substances, in white or colour. This type of paper is used in bookbinding to make: book spines, edging, binding for pages on a cardboard cover, signatures for books, as a replacement for hot-melt applications in bookbinding; in textile sample books, the production of labels with longer open times (allowing repositioning of these), and a strong adhesive hold (for textiles to hold to high-relief or irregular fabrics).
